I did the 2-week detox challenge because I needed a re-set. I’ve been a vegan-leaning-vegetarian for 30-plus years, so going plant based was obviously not a problem. Unfortunately, my portion control and sugar consumption have been out of whack in recent months, and as result, I’ve put on weight. I wanted to lose at least 10 pounds and saw this as an opportunity to get back on track. I found the plan simple to follow, the food to be tasty and the fasting to be pretty easy. My schedule is inconsistent, so scheduling my 16 hours of fasting/8 hours for 3 meals was the most difficult for me. But it forced me to focus and plan, which was a good thing. I slept well as promised and lost 5 pounds in the 2-weeks. I feel lighter and confident that I’ll now be able to lose another 5 pounds and possibly a little more!
NEVER in my life have I seen such a positive soul. How does anyone say I CAN'T when she was ran over by a truck at 16. How does Aanyone SAY I CAN'T when she's been bed ridden for 12 years. HOW does anyone say I CAN'T when she's been through several life threatening illnesses and diseases. Anything you've could have been through she's already done it, had it, FOUGHT IT, AND SURVIVED IT. 70lbs down, healthier than she's been in YEARS. SO PLEASE. TELL ME WHATS YOUR EXCUSE.
After months of eating horrible i knew i needed something to detox and refresh my system. What stood out most about the plan (other than the fact that i could have carbs 😁) was that i had to not only make sure i slept, but also the fact that i had to set aside time to just meditate/read/be present...so often we find ourselves going going going that we neglect what most important without even realizing it. So aligning the mental with the physical has made a huge difference!!! That’s why i decided to do the plan and also why I’ve made the decision to continue another week!!! Thanks Kelley!!!

I decided to do the rejuvenation detox hoping to get back on track as I had gotten away from healthy habits. I was interested that the meal plan was for overall health as well as weight loss. I followed this plan and was pleasantly surprised at the results even after a few days. I didn't feel hungry between meals because I ate enough at each meal. I don't feel bloated and I have more energy. I also learned from this a different way of eating that I will continue to include in my diet. After the 2 weeks I lost 14.4 lbs! Thank you, Kelley!!

I decided to do the detox mainly for health reasons. I gained weight although my appetite didn't increase. I started to do not so healthy things like skip meals mainly out of desperation. Nothing seemed to be working for me. Once I tried the two week detox, I lost 4 lbs in the first week and 5 lbs in the second week. My skin is softer, my energy levels are up and I feel inspired to lose more weight now that I see it's possible to do so. Kelley provided a lot of key information/health tips for example I will never eat a bean burger with fries again. I love the shakes so I can continue to have those several times a week. Thanks Kelley you have been a wealth of information! I decided to do the 2 week detox to kick my addiction to sugar and lose a few pounds. What a great way to get back on track to healthy eating. The meal plan was very easy to follow and made up of foods that I like (except for beans, YUK!). The meals were good and very fulfilling without meat. I think the combination of everything really helped with my sugar cravings and I had no desire for my beloved Oreo cookies. The hardest part for me was the fasted cardio because I struggled to self-motivate in the beginning but got my act together at the end. I lost a total of 7lbs. I highly recommend this detox to anyone looking to get a jump start on healthy eating and weight loss!
So i have been on this journey with my amazing and crazy trainer Kelley Logan for a little over a year now. My first goal was to lose the weight and with her and those "take you to the limit workouts" I did! Then I wanted to be healthy and again Kelley continues to push me, believe in, and never allow me to give up on myself. I knew I needed to workout, eat better and drink more water… in general I knew I needed to do better. But I ignored it and avoided all the things I use to love like dancing, working out, hiking and even hanging with friends. I ignored what my body was trying to tell me for months. Lack of energy and self-confidence made fast food and binge watching on my couch my daily routine. It wasn’t until I saw a candid video of myself at a pool party that I realized how out of shape I had gotten and knew I needed a fresh start. Kelley’s guidance helped me change what fueled my body. Over the two weeks I experimented with food so I never got bored but I did have my struggles with working around a busy schedule.
